Kimberly Commins-Tzoumakas

Kimberly Commins-Tzoumakas serves as a director of SeaSpine and has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. From January 2018 to August 2020, Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas was Chief Executive Officer of 21st Century Oncology, a global provider of integrated cancer care services, which was acquired by GenesisCare in May 2020. From November 2014 to January 2018, she served as the General Counsel and a member of the leadership team of 21st Century Oncology. From November 2001 to April 2018, Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas practiced health care law with Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman, providing strategic, transactional and governance advice to health care clients throughout the country. While at Hall Render, she was also a long-term Managing Partner of the Michigan Office and a board member of the firm. Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas also serves on the board of directors of Coherus BioSciences, a global biologics platform company focused on delivering high-quality biosimilar therapeutics, as President and on the board of directors of International Oncology Care, which was spun-out at the time of the GenesisCare acquisition of 21st Century Oncology, and on the board of directors of GenesisCare US, a wholly owned subsidiary of GenesisCare. Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas received a Bachelors Degree in business administration from Northwood University and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
